Mar del Plata is located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and, thanks to its beaches, attracts many visitors. When we came to the city, we expected just to be slow tourists staying more of the day on a beach resting, reading and enjoying the sun. But once we came to the beach, our plans changed. There were so many people that we could not believe our eyes! We walked along the shore, being amazed by so many visitors, and left right away. There was not room for us to stay. We realized that we would need to find another way to enjoy our stay in Mar del Plata.
Does anybody have an idea what is there in the water?
There are different paths for walking around the waterfalls area. At first we took the “Upper Trail” that goes 650 m length! We saw splendid views during our walk and were fascinated by the natural creation of Iguazu Falls.
This is the first part of the waterfall we saw.
Finally! Iguazu Falls! One of the most incredible waterfalls in the world and really impressive wonder of the nature!
I don’t know how we noticed this turtle on our way! These pictures remind me the photo of a tiny frog which is hard to find on a shot :)
It might be hard to see on a picture but the fish was huge!
One of the days spent in Patagonia, we went for a walk… We found this charming comfortable nook near the water and thought we could come to read here… So we did! We took our books, grabbed the blanket and had a wonderful hour reading outside!
The water in the Dead Sea is super salty (I licked it - phew!) and it seems very dirty. It is so muddy that I was disgusted (although the Dead Sea dirt is considered as healthy for the skin)..:) Anyway, it was interesting to experience once but we would prefer to swim in “alive” sea with clean and clear water :)
This is how Eilat looks like. It is for having rest, for beaches and taking sun baths. That’s about it. It is beautiful! We spent there a full day walking around, but we did not go to the beach.
I love sky! I love cloudy weather during the summer! It brings relief and freshness from hot days… And everything looks so different! Especially sky and ocean… Something special about it…
Phew! I love to eat fish from time to time but seeing this made me to feel disgust :/
…Leaving the grotto, we were continuing our stroll up the mountain that within the sea created a natural stone sculpture, shaped like an elephant leg…:)
The Big Grotto. After Caesarea, we stopped there. It was really pretty! I love water and it looked amazing!
